Baby shower extravaganza: Stripes and spots

Baby shower extravaganza: Stripes and spots

We are halfway through June and therefore several weeks into our Annual June Baby Shower! So far we have introduced our audience to several different wildlife species, including a tiny North American porcupette, an energetic bunch of Striped Skunks, and a spotted trio of fawns (White-Tailed Deer and Mule Deer).

Miss our latest two streams? You can re-watch the baby skunks here (plus, as a bonus, meet Oliver our resident skunk). You can also view the video of the little fawns feeding here. Both are worth catching up on!

The Facebook live streams are a fantastic way to (virtually!) say hi to a member of our dedicated animal care team, ask questions about the highlighted species, and get an inside look at what your support makes possible every day! Live streams will be hosted every Tuesday in June at 6:00 p.m. (MDT). Drop by our page @CalgaryWildlife so you don’t miss out!

Our expert animal care team can’t do it without you! Please donate today to support the care of our injured and orphaned wild neighbours. Your gift to the wildlife baby shower will fund much-needed food, medical supplies, and treatments that make a life-saving difference for our patients.
